Welcome to Sir Barton- a 2nd Floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo at The House on Main. This House on Main has recently been restored to its former glory and the owners have spared no expense. Guests have everything they need to feel right at home with a cozy living room, full kitchen, queen bed, queen size sleeper sofa, & large outdoor space! You will be 0.4 miles from Georgetown College, 7 miles from KY Horse Park, 20 miles from Buffalo Trace Distillery, & 30 minutes from The Ark.

We've arranged for the property to be available for self-check-in and self-check-out but have staff in the area who can assist at any time, in person or by phone. If you are needing additional services or would like to hear about our Concierge services, please let us know!
Located on the end of Main Street, you will be surrounded by historic homes and Georgetown College. Enjoy a stroll to Georgetown College, Downtown to enjoy our favorite local restaurants or shop the cutest boutiques or short scenic drive to Lexington to see the horses or Frankfort to enjoy some bourbon!

Sir Barton has a fully equipped kitchen to allow you to cook any of your favorite meals. If you would like to arrive to a kitchen stocked with your choice of snacks & beverages, let us know! We offer grocery shopping packages for all guests.

SLEEP
You are sure to enjoy the comfy queen bed in Sir Barton. If you are traveling with an extra guest, let us know! We have air mattresses available for use.

This apartment is equipped to hosts guests who are just passing through, in town for business, exploring the Bourbon Trail or gathering with friends. Reminder this booking option is solely for one of the second-floor apartments.

Guests can easily walk to Downtown Georgetown, however the best way to experience Kentucky is with your personal vehicle.

Please set the thermostat to 68 (in winter when the heat is running) and 74 (in summer when the air is running).

Mom and Daughter Get Away

My daughter came into town and we were looking for a horse country stay. This property could not have been any more perfect. The home itself was amazing - so well done with all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. It was a beautiful property with modern comfort, convenient to all things downtown. We cooked and watched movies some nights, went for walks downtown and ate at Rebeccas bakery or Favas some days OR when going out, we were only 15-20 minites away from anything. It was perfect! Would highly recommend!
