The hotel is beautiful but the self parking is very limited so we had to get valet parking. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable but the bathroom door didn’t lock and didn’t close completely because it’s a barn door

Room was a good size on the 18th floor. Having the separate Gold Lounge or whatever was a surprise bonus. Based on having a room available they were kind enough to allowed me to check in early at no additional charge. Highly recommend!

"The main issues we had were at check-in. It was OU/Texas weekend so it was very busy. With that in mind, they could've used more valets and there wasn't a luggage cart anywhere to be found.
