130 dollars a night for dump of a room . Homeless people everywhere around the hotel. Employees walking around without shoes on. Just real dump.

The room we were given had been recently smoked in. We stayed one night and canceled the rest of our reservation to move elsewhere. It is impossible that the maid staff hadn't noticed the foul smell, but nothing was done to mitigate it.

I liked everything about my stay except the shower water was only Luke warm. Both times I tried in the afternoon around 4:30pm and the morning 4:00am

Staff was nice and seemed to want to help with the issues we had. Our room had queen mattresses on double frames, so they were cobbled into place with boards that stuck out and caught our shins. Beds had clean bedding, but barely passable cleanliness otherwise. There was trash under the dust ruffle of the bed, which we discovered when we were trying to figure out our shin injuries. Counters and tables looked wiped down but everything that kinda tacky. Pool was disgusting, full of debris and so cold that you could not swim in June. Hallways and lobby smell strongly of smoke. The TV in our room was super tiny and positioned in a way that it couldn’t be viewed from any of the 4 beds. Breakfast was a joke. The only food was a single waffle iron and 1 container of yogurt. Juice was empty, syrup required “tipping the container” to get any. Waffle mix was basically empty. Tables were all sticky…we cleaned up the best we could with napkins and water. Breakfast was 6am-10am. We were there at 8:30am so we shouldn’t have had any issues. Our toilet was clogged on arrival and we were issued a plugger…I don’t know whether to give a star since we got our own plunger or deduct a star since we had to use it repeatedly. We had to get new key cards multiple times. Each time we were told it was because we much be keeping them in our pocket too close to a credit card or our cell phone..which felt like blaming the customer. However our bed was comfortable.
