The Richmond West was above my expectations. Every place you went you saw the hard work of the staff. The rugs, tables, lounge areas, clean. Hallways, bathrooms, hotel room, hotel rugs and bathrooms were clean.

Upon arrival the staff were so kind and friendly. We were told about the restaurant and bar. After settling in our room we went to the restaurant. The menu is limited but but ample enough for a quick dinner. They had a Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato soup our favorite. The meal was very tasty. Perfect comfort food after a very long drive."
