Luxurious/Modern Adirondack home with gorgeous boathouse, sandbar & sunset view

"We were initially hesitant as the property had no reviews but that's only because Pat is just starting to rent it out, so definitely don't let that stop you. In fact, book now before the word on this hidden gem gets out. The house is immaculate and modern but designed with a lodge feel and many cute details throughout. It is spacious, with several common areas both indoors and outdoors - the pictures simply don't do it justice. One unique feature , which we loved is a separate boathouse turned into another large room directly over the water, which is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunsets ,with plenty of space to relax, play games, watch TV etc. My husband actually used it to work for a part of the week - the WiFi was incredibly reliable, even to run Teams calls.There’s a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with anything you may need to whip up meals , while overlooking the lake. There are a few mom and pop spots just down the road and bigger grocery stores/ restaurants 15-20 mins away.The house is directly lakeside, with very clean , shallow water (for about 15-20 feet) which was perfect for play with our toddler. There is also a swim platform as well as kayaks, a canoe and a paddle board to enjoy the lake and a fire pit for cooler summer nights making smores. Pat is a wonderful host, with communication, helpful with local recommendations and very accommodating. He made sure we had all that we needed for a wonderful stay. We truly didn't want to leave!"

"Perfect mountain cabin with all the amenities. Tastefully decorated. Very cute place for a romantic or escape vacation. Short walk to the lake front. Use of good kayaks and life vests. Panfish, bass, and pike in the lake. (I caught some). Backyard with a fire pit and torch lights. Other fire pit on your private water front. Property manager was very cool. Quiet and peaceful hideaway the way you want it. Few miles south of Old Forge. "

"Last minute, one night stay to take advantage of the snow while it lasted this season. Price was fair and was the perfect location to just jump on the snowmobile and ride. Cabin is well appointed and cozy - also very clean. Deborah was an excellent communicator and allowed us an early check in. When we had a couple of questions, she answered right away. We will definitely consider staying again."
