"Although the room was clean where it counts most (bed, sheets, bathroom, kitchen), the hotel seriously lacks attention to details - even large details. The remote control was filthy - like, really gross. I am not sure when the hallways, stairwells, and elevator had been cleaned, either. It is just unsettling that when you see things that should be clean and are not, it makes you wonder where else they cut corners.
The bed was comfortable, however the pillows are not.
The location is great and it is quiet for being in a busy area, but we will not be returning. "

"Wow this was a last minute booking and I am very pleased with the staff, check in was smooth and clean crisp sheets, and restroom very sanitized and clean, towels fresh and fluffy as well. We had a great nights rest and breakfast was great as well. Thank you."
