"After driving 8 hours we arrived at this rental, looking forward to a relaxing evening. That was not the case. First of all, we had an issue getting inside and contacting the host. Secondly, while waiting for his reply we walked around the house to the front door and found a water disconnect notice from the city. He reset the access code and we got in. Turn on the water and it was in fact off! We left to find a hotel. The host and I communicated that evening and the next day, he informed me that I would get a full refund. Thirdly, since that last communication, I have made several inquiries about this, but hear nothing back from him. "
