Holiday cottage in a converted farmhouse adjoining the owners' residence.

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer).
Living area with a 90cm TV and a sofa bed (140x190cm).
Games room/home office with a sofa bed (160x200cm), foosball table (children's multi-game table), and children's play area.
Separate WC with washbasin and urinal, bathroom with shower (75x75cm cubicle), bathtub (160L), and washbasin.
Upstairs: Landing, two bedrooms (one with a 130x190cm bed and a cot), and the other with a 130x190cm bed). Wi-Fi.
Fan in each bedroom.
Cot, high chair, baby bath, and baby equipment available.

Private terrace with no overlooking neighbors, enclosed private parking with 2 spaces and a motorcycle storage area. Electric car charging station 5 minutes away by car and 20 minutes on foot. Biodiversity certified cottage.
