"The location is fantastic. Tram is very close. 2min walk. Very fun concept of staying in a train. Staff lovely. The negatives were dragging suitcases up three very long staircases. Also we were in C31 which was supposed to sleep 2 people. No working ladder to the top berth. Bottom bed would maybe sleep two 8 year old kids. Not two adults. Should not be considered a double room. Had to sleep feet to head so that we could fit. If trying to sleep an adult this should be a single room. ...

"I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok."

Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia.
