"Beautiful classic hotel; amazing views; good breakfast; convenient dining for dinner. While I appreciate the classic decor, the faucet in our room dripped hot water, unable to turn off. Also, it was very difficult to use the shower without spraying the entire bathroom. The family room was perfect for us with adequate room to stand up in the loft."

"This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The view from our room was beautiful and we loved to wake up each morning and to the beautiful mountains. The room was also clean and the staff helpful. However, the rooms and hotel need to be updated. It had a very old vibe and there was only one outlet in the room by one side of the bed. We had to take turns charging our phones. The bathroom was also tiny and the shower stall even smaller. All in all we would come back because of the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel."

"This hotel was perfect for our family! We had our young 3 1/2 year old daughter and the room was set up upon arrival with the pullout couch bed for her. Great views of the bay from the balcony, awesome gravel running path around the lake, but most of all, incredible staff! From reception desk to the restaurant staff everyone was great! A special thank you to Vivian at the front desk who patiently helped us in multiple days figure out fun adventures that were good for a 3 year old! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We couldn't have found a better fit for our family of 3 on our visit to Switzerland. Bruna at the front desk was truly the most amazing hostess to check us in, give us clarity on parking in town, share courtesy tram passes and remind us how good the breakfast is in the kitchen nook! Her personality and smile was out of this world!!! We did dinner in the restaurant also and it too was amazing! The fresh squeezed orange juice machine blew my mind and made the courtesy breakfast that much more amazing! The mountain view out of our room was like none I've ever had with it being so close, and the flower boxes perched outside the window added that touch of detail that was just one of many you'll notice when you stay here. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which after 30k steps hiking is very much appreciated!!! If this place has an opening for your visit, there is no reason to look elsewhere. Guaranteed you'll be writing a similar 5 star review after your stay. Enjoy your travels!"
