"Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. "I stayed 3 nights in Family Apartments in Mountain hotel Kukucka. Apartment was nice with modern furniture, very clean with cool bathtub, there is balcony and equipped kitchen. We also tried breakfast in hotel Kukucka, which was nice. I would definitely come back! :) Enjoy your stay"

"It took entirely too long to check in. Clerk insisted on my passport even though I provided my residency card. Hall carpets need cleaning and it is too muggy in hallways, need better ventilation. Dinner and breakfast were great and wait staff was fantastic. We put out notice for breakfast room service at 20:30 but it was still hanging on door in morning. Don't offer this service if you aren't going to follow your own rules. Air conditioning was turned off and there was no ventilation in room....
