Nestled in Lespéron, Ardèche, Gîte Le Tilleul invites you to experience unspoiled nature and rich heritage. Just steps from Lake Naussac (swimming, water sports, fishing), it’s perfect for exploring Ardèche: medieval villages, artisan markets, local cuisine, traditional festivals, and scenic hikes.



This spacious 90 m² gîte in a renovated farmhouse with mountain views welcomes up to 8 guests. It features a large living room with 3 sofa beds, dining area for 6–8, equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC, and a large bedroom with 2 double beds. TV and library included.



Outside, enjoy a shaded garden, covered terrace with table and loungers, barbecue, stone table, and a 1000 m² meadow.



Bed and linen packs available for an extra fee. One dog allowed per stay.

Parking & Accessibility

Parking: 5 spaces are available directly on the property, with free street parking also accessible.
