Beautiful House

The house was beautiful with excellent facilities and equipment throughout. The many outside seating areas make for wonderful settings to eat or chill out. The house stayed cool in the hot weather and the pool helps with that too. There's plenty of space, more than the photos suggest, we found. Only conceivable downside is that some parts of the garden were quite bad for mosquitos.

This property was beautiful. They had everything you needed. Well equipped with beautiful surroundings. Our group consisted of 4 adults, two teens and 2 under 10's. The house itself was beautiful, with great outdoor space for shade during the day and evening meals together, or simply chilling. The Pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers and shade available. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is for you. A car is a must, as no town/village in walking distance. We really could not fault this property. The ONLY downside was the mosquitos. I'm not sure if we choose a bad week, but be prepared when staying.

Lovely Villa

We had a lovely family holiday at this beautiful villa. The pool was great. The villa has everything you need and is really a lovely place to stay. We made great use of the outside area. There is a lovely outdoor eating and relaxing area. Sophie is a great host and communicates very well. Thank you very much

We had a wonderful holiday in the house. The house is very spacious and is located on a spacious plot. Nice pool and well maintained. House is equipped with all necessities. Unfortunately, there are also downsides; the wifi is very mediocre. The house is offered with air conditioning, this turns out to be only floor cooling on the ground floor and finally there are a lot of mosquitoes. So much that we were inside in the evenings. We recommend the owner to purchase professional equipment for this.Finally, among other things, the knob of the oven was defective on arrival. We reported this and a mechanic fixed the problem. We then received the invoice for this because the landlord was of the opinion that we caused this defect. This was incorrect but the landlord easily points to the general terms and conditions.

Calme, nature et confort peuvent résumer l'impression dominante de notre sejour.En famille, la maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes en termes de praticité avec de jeunes enfants.L'espace a permis à chacun de trouver un endroit pour lire, discuter ou jouer. La vie quotidienne est facilité par les équipements complets et un "mode rafraîchissement," efficace.Le barbecue a largement contribué à l'ambiance vacances.Quand a la piscine, elle a été le point de ralliement des petits et des grands.La visite de la Grotte de Cocalière a beaucoup intéressé petits et grands.De très belles vacances en somme !

Een prachtige rustgevende omgeving en villa

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf. De schoonheid van de Ardèche, het zwembad, het domein en de villa (alles aanwezig voor de kinderen, veel gezellige zitplekjes, zeer goed uitgerust met alles wat een mens nodig heeft),... kortom alles was perfect voor een heerlijke vakantie met het gezin en de grootouders. Wij komen zeker terug!

Die Villa ist großartig. Erholung pur im weitläufigen Garten mit sehr schönem Pool und fantastischer Terrasse. Das geräumige Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine vollständige Ausstattung. Alleine die Zufahrt auf das Grundstück mit dem überdachten Parkplatz ist schon eindrucksvoll.Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum Genießen.

Mooi huis met ruime tuin ideaal voor familie

We vonden het een heel mooi en groot huis. Alles was voorzien voor kinderen en baby's. Enkel waren er veel (tijger)muggen, jammer dat er geen vliegenramen voorzien waren. Uiteraard is dit iets streekgebonden en heeft het niets met het huisje te maken. We waren heel tevreden . Bedankt!

Une maison très spacieuse, idéale pour des vacances avec des copains et des tout petits, les chambres sont confortables tout comme l’espace intérieur. Beaucoup de jouets à disposition donc parfait pour les enfants et les parents qui ne s’encombrent pas. Les espaces extérieurs sont encore une fois très adaptés pour que tout le monde en profite sans se préoccuper. Attention on est capable de revenir l’année prochaine 😉.

Une très belle maison,et un bon accueil. Un beau terrain avec jeu de boule. Mais très peu de wifi, et beaucoup de moustiques vraiment, et 2 scorpions ! Ce qui n'est pas du fait des propriétaires, mais qui devrait être précisé dans l'annonce. Certains opérateurs téléphoniques ne passent pas du tout. Ceci dit notre famille a passé de très bons moments. L'intérieur ayant un sol rafraîchissant, c'est bien agréable.

Cette maison nous a tellement plu l’an dernier en avril que nous y sommes retournés cette année, fin mai. Elle est très bien équipée et Sophie, la propriétaire, a pensé à tout pour le confort des vacanciers (draps de lit, draps de bain, papier toilette, essuie-tout, condiments (plus que) de base pour la cuisine, ustensiles en suffisance, livres pour adultes et enfants, jeux, espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus avec jeux pour les enfants et piste de pétanque, BBQ, plancha, deux frigos, machine à laver, étendoir, sèche-cheveux, grands placards de rangement, diffuseurs anti-moustiques, etc... et une odeur très agréable dans toute la maison dès le hall d'entrée ;-) Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans ce havre de paix. La maison et le jardin sont magnifiques et conformes aux photos postées sur le site. Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour au calme et la région est splendide. Bref, un endroit qu'on aimerait garder secret. Merci Sophie pour votre professionnalisme, votre souci de nous savoir bien installés et les petits cadeaux locaux de bienvenue.
