Country stone house located in the Regional Park of the Ardèche mountains, very quiet, 10 minutes walk from the village of Vans that offers a picturesque market and many shops and businesses.
The 400m² house has 2 apartments with separate entrances:
- A 90m² apartment with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC, facing south-east.
- A large apartment with living room, kitchen, large library, games room and 6 comfortable rooms with bathroom and toilet.

Séjour en famille Les Vans

Cette demeure est superbe, très bien équipée avec une salle d'eau dans chaque chambre. De grands espaces intérieurs et un magnifique jardin arboré avec jeux pour petits et grands. Un plus pour le petit parcours accrobranche. Dommage que la saison ne nous ait pas permis de profiter de la piscine. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillant et nous le remercions sincèrement pour tous ses conseils et ses attentions. La région est magnifique. Bref nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci monsieur Niel.

Excellente semaine passée en famille dans un endroit très bien situé, spacieux et qui convient parfaitement aux enfants et adultes. Beaucoup d’activités sur place et dans les environs.

Retrouvailles aux Vans

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Laurent. Nous étions 19 avec autant d'adultes que d'enfants. Le logement est très bien situé au calme. Il est très spacieux et très bien équipé aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Mr Niel est très discret mais réactif si besoin. Ne pas hésiter!

Alles wie erwartet. Top

Wir ( 7 Erwachsen ) waren zum Rennradfahren in den Cevennen. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung. Jeder hatte sein Schlafzimmer, der Garten war riesig und schön angelegt, die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Gegend und die Lage des Hauses ( oberhalb von Les Vans und sehr ruhig gelegen ) war für uns zum biken perfekt. In Les Vans gab es einige richtig gute Restaurants, die Landschaft der Cevennen ist atemberaubend. Der Hausherr war sehr zuvorkommend und für uns gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank!!!

Laurent nous a proposé un accueil attentionné dans cette grande maison confortable, pleine d'espaces où chacun peut trouver sa place. Le terrain nous installe dans la nature, bien ventilée, à proximité du bourg, mais sans en percevoir les rumeurs. Très belle semaine !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. La maison est immense, (parfait pour 14 adultes et 7 enfans) et les espaces extérieurs extrement agréables. Avec une mention spéciale pour le petit parcours d accrobranche. Merci beaucoup à Laurent pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Excellent séjour chez Laurent

Séjour au top, Laurent est un hôte fort sympathique et disponible. Le gîte est très bien équipé, spacieux avec un très beau jardin avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable moment pour adultes et enfants (piscine sécurisée, terrains de boules, accro-branches). Je recommande et je revievdrai.

Belle et spacieuse maison au milieu des oliviers

Beaucoup d'espace, une piscine super, un coin repas à l'ombre, maison bien équipée, des jeux pour les enfants. Bref, idéal pour les familles et proche de la rivière Chassezac et du village des Vans.
