  • On the heights of Les Vans in the Southern Ardèche, in a peaceful environment, your 120M2 villa welcomes you for a successful holiday. It is a new, comfortable, contemporary house tastefully decorated. Access to a large terrace where the swimming pool is housed. The 6x4 swimming pool 1.50m deep is open from May to September. You enjoy generous sunshine. Light is present everywhere thanks to its bay windows. The living room is large with equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
    The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (1 master suite with 160x200 bed with walk-in shower and double sink) (1 bedroom with 160x200 bed) (1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink and 1 separate toilet.
    You also have a garage with dryer and washing machine.
    You are 7 minutes by car from the centre of the village of Les Vans, it is the ideal location to discover this beautiful region of Ardèche.
    Cleaning package 150€ does not include the kitchen and the plancha, the kitchen must be cleaned and tidied up, bin emptied.
    On departure, the sheets must be removed from the beds and deposited at the entrance of the house.

An ideal holiday villa

We spent a brilliant week staying here during the August school holidays. The villa is absolutely perfect. Great facilities, pool and location, and with the most spectacular view. It's also on the doorstep of so many great activities, as well as the picturesque town of Les Vans. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean house

The house is beautiful. Nice pool, well equipped kitchen, very clean. The wood outside is not the best quality. The fence is unstable and the floor had some broken parts. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa cerise. Tout était conforme au photo et descriptif. Maison très propre au calme avec une vue fantastique.. Les indications pour l'arrivée était précises. Nous avons eu notre hôte qui à été très gentille et accueillante au téléphone pour avoir toutes les informations pour notre arrivé dans la maison (boite à Clé). Je recommande vivement cette location.

Pas de surprise

La villa est telle que décrite dans l'annonce, bien équipée peut être un peu plus de vaisselles surtout au niveau verre à eau , le seul bémol est la qualité du bois de la terrasse mais ce n'est qu'un détail. La situation est très appréciable car au calme tout en étant à moins de 5 minutes en voiture des commerces et du centre du villages de Les Vans A louer sans aucun stress
