Could do better !!!

No one at check in @ 17.00pm Booking in machine would not recognise my booking despite me having already paid. Was waiting 30 minutes for someone to turn up. Breakfast should have been at 06.30am but was not open until 06.45 and the manager was still in pyjamas hair not brushed. Not very professional. Personally I would have sacked her and found a new manager.

L' accès à l'hôtel est rapide et pratique. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et la salle de bain aussi. Seule bémol, le petit déjeuner dont j'ai trouvé le rapport qualité prix un peu limite au vu du choix. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes satisfaite de notre séjour.

Impossible de prendre la chambre avec la réservation hôtel.com. Pendant une demi-heure, j’ai appelé le numéro de garde mais personne n a décrocher J’ai donc fait une deuxième réservation, je ne reviendrai sûrement pas dans cet hôtel et ni cette chaîne. Je pensais que ça venait de moi, mais un couple juste avant nous a mis 1h30 à avoir quelqu’un pour voir un peu dans leur chambre.

Personnel aimable et à l’écoute. Cependant service électronique dysfonctionnel, ce qui a rendu notre séjour désagréable obliger de changer de chambre et de taper le code de nombreuse fois avant d’accéder à notre chambre malgres l’aide du personnel présent. Literie confortable, douche fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner peu diversifier. Budget total du séjour est pour moi trop élever par rapport à la qualité de celui ci.
