"We love Terres Basses, but had to book alternate accommodations. The bedroom did not have any window screens which prevented it from getting fresh air. We found ourselves stifled and sweating every night even with the airco on. Without a restful night of sleep, we had to find something else."

"We were in Saint Martin for a family wedding and we wanted a house that could accommodate our family. This house was perfect, great views, wonderful pool and a nice big kitchen. All of the rooms were spacious and we never felt cramped. We were close to the wedding venue and Cupecoy market to get anything we needed. Olivier was in contact checking on us and answering any questions. It was a wonderful stay and we were sorry to have to go. Would definitely rent this villa again!"

"The property is well maintained with a great pool deck area, a gazebo for outdoor dining,and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked for anyone who wants to cook their own meals. The owner responded quickly to any requests we had. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in St. Martin."
