Beautiful apartment of 70 m², 150m from the embankment and the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne with garage.

Exceptional location, 2 steps from the city center, Halles Centrales and shops, 10 minutes walk from the train station.



There is only to put his towel on the sand, change of scenery guaranteed.



Located on the 1st floor with elevator.

Linen and towels not provided but can be rented from the concierge if necessary.

The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the place and the beach until the end.
