Very large studio of 34 m², 150m from the embankment and the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne.
Exceptional location, 2 steps from the city center, Halles Centrales and shops, 10min walk from the train station.

All you have to do is put your towel on the sand, a change of scenery is guaranteed .

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator.
Linen not provided but can be rented from the concierge if necessary.
The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.

Apparemment bien situé

L'appartement est bien situé. Proche de tous commerces. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Bonne isolation. Appartement et résidence calme. Il serait souhaitable qu'il y ait un garage car le parking est payant. Payer le parking alors que l'on est en vacances c'est pas logique. Un entretien régulier de l'appartement ne serait pas négligeable (voilage déchiré, baguettes qui se décollent...). Dommage pas de Wi-Fi car la 4G passe très très mal.
