Charming apartment of 27m ² with terrace located 200m from the Plage des Présidents, 800 m from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne and 1km from the beach of Tanchet (surf spot), in a quiet and very sought after area, close to the city center, markets and shops.
Les Sables d'Olonne, the Vendée coast, a seaside resort famous for its Vendée Globe and one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator

- A living room equipped with a sofa bed 140, a television, a kitchen with a small oven, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee machine and Nespresso, a kettle, a toaster and electric hotplates.
