Comme à la maison

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette petite maison propre, pratique, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Proche de la plage, d un marché couvert ouvert tous les matins. Nous avons été reçu chaleureusement par le propriétaire. Un grand merci pour ses généreuses attentions. Nous espérons revenir un jour pour profiter pleinement du calme et de la situation de la terrasse..

Belle location à deux pas du marché Arago

Location très bien équipée, avec divers "astuces" de rangement qui rendent la maison très fonctionnelle. Côté nuit, 2 chambres qui donnent sur un "boulevard" peu passant, nous étions au calme. Le côte jour est très agréable avec évidemment le petit patio qui permet de manger dehors, une cuisine très bien équipée et un coin salon confortable. Les vélos permettent de se déplacer facilement jusqu'à la poissonnerie du port ou au centre ville, ils sont donc très pratiques. La plage est à 10/15 minutes à pied en passant par les petits raccourcis. Pas de souci pour se garer. L'accueil est très attentionné avec les petits cadeaux forts sympathiques à l'arrivée, tout est fait pour un séjour agréable. Après, il reste le soleil, mais ça, le propriétaire ne peut pas faire grand chose...

L'abri côtier aux Sables d'Olonne

Maison très bien équipée et parfaitement fonctionnelle pour passer un agréable séjour avec des enfants. Mais, malgré la proximité du grand marché Arago et celle relative de la plage à pied, sa localisation au bord d'un faubourg assez passant et un peu excentré, dans un environnement dépourvu de charme, la pénalise un peu notamment au regard du prix locatif.
