At the foot of the large Plage des Sables d’Olonne and its cycle path, its surf spots, and its beach huts.

2 minutes from the pretty pedestrian streets of the city center and its shops.



The apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully renovated.

Ideally located in a secure residence on the 9th floor, with elevator.

The studio is equipped with a very comfortable 140 cm sofa bed which offers you a breathtaking view of the ocean.

Fully equipped open kitchen: Kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher…

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, towel dryer, storage space and washing machine.



The renovated apartment is an ideal place for a stay for two, with your feet in the water!!

top location aux Sables d'Olonne

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce studio tout confort refait à neuf avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan. Idéalement situé, on peut tout faire à pieds. Il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue pour arriver sur la grande plage des Sables. Les commerces, y compris le marché Arago, sont à peine à 10 minutes de marche. Je compte bien revenir aux Sables et je n'hésiterai pas à choisir à nouveau cette location. Tout était parfait.
