  • Welcome to the Yellow Place, a cozy and bright studio, fully renovated in 2022, ideally located in the heart of the city of Les Sables d'Olonne, in the iconic Île Penotte neighborhood, famous for its streets decorated with seashells.



    Once your vehicle is parked, everything is done on foot: Grande Plage 50 meters away, pedestrian streets (original shops, halls and market, ...), great variety of restaurants, seasonal activities and walks along the seafront.

    🧼 Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!
