- Access to the historic district of Pêcheur de la chaume by typical crossing with the ferry 1 minute away
- Ideal location for the arrival and departure of the Vendée Globe.
- Private closed garage 20 from the house (validate if available and depending on vehicle size)
- 1 main room ground floor, with sofa bed 140, Wifi
- 2 Bedrooms on the 1/2 level with double bed 160/bedroom
- 1 bathroom with shower

- Accommodation to be made VERY clean. (Cleaning not included, cleaning fee of 50€ possible)
The accommodation

SHEETS: ESSENTIAL: you must bring a fitted sheet (2 beds 160 and sofa bed of 140 Living Room or sofa bed 120 on the mezzanine Confortable Dunlopino), as well as sheet or duvet cover of 240x220, pillowcases, and towels. If you do not have any, it is possible to rent from an external company.

CLEANING CLEANLINESS: I thank you for all the attention you will have for this house, which I attach particular importance to having devoted 6 months of renovation. The cleaning must be done by the travellers because the rental price does not include cleaning fees. Also, I thank you in advance for the very careful cleaning that you would like to do at the end of the rental, before your departure for the following tenants.
- If you do not wish to clean, a cleaning fee is possible at the end of your stay in the amount of €50
(Tell me early enough to see if I can organise it, especially in summer)
- Empty and evacuate the rubbish at the collection points next to the house (especially not at the foot of the door in the street)

NOISE / PARTIES: Noisy and lively parties, parties, are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Many neighbors live in their main houses all year round, so a big thank you for the calm and respect you will have for them in this rather quiet street. If you are renting with the prospect of having a party, party and noise with music, please cancel your reservation immediately.
