The apartment has a breathtaking 180° view of the Ocean, the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne and the entrance to the mythical Vendée Globe channel.
Apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator. The dining room can accommodate 5 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom is composed of a bed 140 and 2 bunk beds, a fourth bed is available in the living room (sofa bed 160 very comfortable). Bathroom and separate toilet.
The apartment has 8 floor-to-ceiling windows offering a magnificent panorama.
Linen and towels are not provided, possibility to rent it (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath mat, bath towel, towel, tea towels)
Cleaning is included.

The district of La Chaume is a lively district, it is the historic district of sailors-fishermen, considered the cradle of the city. Along the quay, many bars and restaurants create an ever-present island atmosphere. You will have on foot all the shops (bakery-pastry, butcher, pharmacy, tobacco-newspapers, fishmonger) and a quality market.
You have the choice for the Beach, the Paracou, 15 minutes walk from the Chaume, on the wild coast. Sheltered from the dunes and the forest, this pretty beach of sand and rocks seduces families in search of space, away from the crowds, as well as lovers of fishing on foot who make it their favorite playground during high tides. Ideal to enjoy the sunset !!!
You can also reach the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne with the help of the "smuggler", located at the foot of the apartment in summer.

Super Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, toller Ausblick auf den Ort!!!, Kleiderschrank fehlte uns leider, für uns fehlte eine gewisse Grund-Sauberkeit zum kompletten Wohlfühlen (da wirkten 60€ Reinigungspauschale sehr überteuert...)
Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!!!
Nous avons appréciés cette location pour son emplacement et sa vue. Vu sur mer assis dans le salon. 🤩
Pour la situation, possibilité de tout faire a pied : marché, restaurant, plage, balade tout est a proximité !

On se sent tout de suite bien dans ce bel appartement que les propriétaires ont aménagé avec soin et goût. La vue est imprenable, un vrai plaisir de se lever face à la mer ! L’appartement est super bien équipé, la literie est très propre. Le logement est bien situé : en face d’un bac qui (juillet-août) vous emmène directement sur la grande plage. Sinon il y a un autre bac un peu plus loin (10min de marche à peine). Les commerces sont à proximité et de qualité. Merci aux propriétaires, à Armelle et à Fred pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Tranquillité côté chaume activité côté front de mer en face Très belle vue sur la grande plage
Pour aller au front de mer en face il y a un passeur vous y êtes rapidement sans voiture
Pour les courses il y a un marche à proximité mais pas de petit commerce autres que resto tabac
L’appartement étant à l’angle de l’immeuble nous étions bien ventilé face à la mer et au chenal
