- Perfectly equipped and functional kitchen: refrigerator, ice maker, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto pods, kettle, toaster, induction hobs, oven, microwave and many household electrical appliances

- Shower on the ground floor
- Large laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Terrace with garden furniture, gas plancha, parasols
- Open and heated swimming pool from 1st May to 30th September
