Quiet house with 225 m2 swimming pool located 300 m from the Presidents beach and 400 m from the Tanchet beach, its nautical center and its Thalasso. Also nearby are the Casino des Pins and the zoo.

The house includes:
- on the ground floor: 3 bedrooms (1 120 cm bed, 2 bunk beds, 2 90 cm drawer beds), 2 dressing rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, 1 playroom with table tennis table, 1 garage (bicycles, barbecue, washing machine, dryer);
- on the 1st floor: a large living room, an equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, fridge, toaster), 2 bedrooms (140/190 bed and cupboards) , 1 bathroom (bath, shower), 1 toilet.

Le logement est bien placé dans les Sables d'Olonne, assez proche du centre-ville pour s'y rendre à pied, mais assez éloigné pour ne pas subir de nuisances sonores la nuit. Il est spacieux et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable.
