Idéalement placé

La situation de la maison est idéale entre port et plage. La maison est bien mais pas très adaptée pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se mouvoir. Grande marche à l'entrée, chaises de cuisine très hautes, canapé très bas, baignoire jaccuzi très haute.Un petit effort de propreté dans les placards et surtout de la cour intérieure que l'on a très peu utilisé au final, serait le bienvenu.Odeur de renfermé et d'humidité dans la chambre annexe.Communication avec la conciergerie réduite au minimum.
