Place du Tribunal, in an old villa, on the 1st floor (no elevator)

=> apartment where you don't feel cramped: 50 m2 very well located, with a diagonal sea view from the living room including:

- a living room / stay / kitchen equipped with a sofa bed 2 places, television, washing machine, dishwasher

- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed

- a bathroom following the bedroom

Séjour aux Sables D'olonne

Le logement de Brigitte est très bien situé, parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. Un petit bémol pour le couchage et lit un peu petit. Nous n'avions pas retenu l'option pour la fourniture des draps et serviettes de toilette mais nous ne pensions pas que cela pouvait exclure un tapis de bain dans la salle de bain. Toutefois, Excellente communication avec notre hôte et flexibilité pour l'accueil. Un grand week-end bien agréable avec une très belle météo.

Une belle semaine aux Les Sables

L'appartement réservé se trouve au premier étage, les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent suffisamment de place pour deux personnes. L'aménagement est bien pensé et parfaitement adapté aux hôtes - tout ce dont on a besoin est disponible, mais rien de superflu non plus. Tous les appareils fonctionnaient parfaitement. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans l'appartement. L'emplacement de la maison est excellent - les magasins d'alimentation, le marché sont accessibles à pied et on est directement à Remblai. Nous remercions Mme Aubin et M. Aubin pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur soutien à notre arrivée.

J ai passé un très agréable séjour. L' appartement est charmant, confortable, agréable, moderne, bien équipé... La situation géographique parfaite, très proche de l ensemble des commodités du centre ville.. . La place du Palais de justice offre un environnement spatieux et verdoyant, l océan à l horizon. La propriétaire est charmante, l accueil parfait. Aucune hésitation possible...

Je recommande vraiment cette location! Vous êtes en centre ville avec vue sur mer , avec tous les avantages des rues piétonnes et la plage en face. Vous profitez des nombreuses animations de la villes et le double vitrage vous permet la tranquillité dès que vous en avez besoin. L'appartement est neuf, moderne, spacieuxet lumineux.
