Not at all as expected from the description. We had a room which was tiny for a twin, no fridge, cooking, table or tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was semi-decaying but more spacious. Carpets looked 20 or more years old. When we arrived we were given linen and towels to make our own beds (unserviced) during stay. This is not a hotel!
Also asked to empty the room bin and take any rubbish at all up to end of road to bins.
Upside was that we did use a very old tatty communal kitchen area in basement and sit in or outside veranda with fantastic view. We used a shared fridge for our breakfast food.
Pool was good for a swim but the surrounding fixtures and woodwork was a few years over due maintenance. Great pool view through dirty windows ( mid-summer still with winter dirt).
Basement parking wasn't offered to us and wasn't looked at night.
Wifi terrible. Only worked in one very old dated TV room in basement (no TV in the room)!
Overall, we managed OK, didn't pay much and cooked and ate alone after swimming at the end of the day. Room was complete let down but we avoided it much of the time.
