    Possibility to rent two independent apartments (the Dôle and the Noirmont)Ideal for two families who are in the same house but each with their independence. Rare in the area.

    Characteristics of the APARTMENT: capacity 2 people in summer and 4 people in winter, surface area approx 85m2, classified 3* by prefectural decree, in the owner's house, on the 1st floor (2nd from the entrance of the house) and completely renovated, parquet floors in bedroom and living room, beautiful view and great calm, all amenities nearby, at the foot of the cross-country ski slopes and 2 kms from the downhill ski slopes.
    It each has 1 bedroom, 1 large living room-kitchen with 2 beds of 90, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet .
    5 minutes walk either from the village of Les Rousses or from the shopping area with Intermarché, hairdresser, greengrocer, biocoop, laundry, petrol station.
