"J'ai fait une réservation de derniere minutes via le site internet expedia mais malheureusement lors de notre arriver le gérant étais géné car la chambre que j'avais réservé n'était pas disponible. Heureusement il a trouvait une solution et nous a mis dans une autre chambre dans un autre bâtiment. Sa n'avais rien avoir avec la chambre réservé mais au moin ne me suis pas retrouvé a la rue avec mes 2 garçons. Merci a lui d'avoir trouvé une solution. "A very enjoyable 4 days stay particularly as I was able to acquire a portable A/C unit from the very helpful reception staff - I arrived in 38C!! Located within walking distance of everything in beautiful Angers but very quiet as it’s in the University zone. There’s a supermarket minutes away as are lovely walks along the river to the château. The room itself was pristine and comfortable. Ticked all my boxes and hope to return again next year."

"Parts of the hotel were lovely. Room & beds were clean. Bathroom was tired. Sink was missing a leg and there was a lot of debris in the base of the light above the mirror. Very helpful and kind staff. Private closed parking was very useful."

It was very clean but basic/ yes the furnishings are a little dated but the views and countryside and of course price more than made up for it- we visited the chateau de montjoffroy nearby it was great and we also loved the continental breakfast which included vegan options."

"What a find excellent stop over with working air conditioning for these heatwaves. Nice and quiet and close to shopping centre restaurant looked good but didn't use it this time. Tea and coffee making facilities and TV all you need while travelling. We will return for sure."

"Nice room with en-suite. The shower was rather awkward to use as it did not have a high wall mounting but that was the only inconvenience we had. No a/c but a fan was provided although we bought our own small fans which were much quieter. Breakfast was fresh with lots of things to choose from. The central location was important to us as was the proximity of parking. The hotel car park was full on arrival but there are two public car parks one above and one below ground within a 5 min walk. We would happily return if staying in Angers again."
