Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin/Vermittlerin war freundlich. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, alles Nötige ist vorhanden. WLAN war in unserer Zeit leider nicht verfügbar.Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – ein schöner, naturbelassener Sandstrand mit einigen Felsen im Wasser.Der Garten ist vemutlich nach Südosten ausgerichtet und mittags sonnig. Er ist pflegeleicht angelegt, überwiegend mit Rasen, Efeu und Koniferen. Sitzmöbel sind ausreichend vorhanden, einige davon jedoch eher einfach gehalten.Das Haus ist insgesamt in einem älteren, traditionellen Stil eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft hätten wir uns etwas mehr Frische gewünscht – es wirkte zunächst etwas kühl und wenig einladend, was sich jedoch mit der Zeit legte. Wer es schlicht und unkompliziert mag, findet hier eine solide Unterkunft ohne viel Schnickschnack.

Nettes Haus in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet, man findet vor, was man braucht. Für 2-3 Personen geeignet. Die Lage ist super, man ist gleich im Ortskern mit allem, was man braucht. Es war sehr still, aber auch Vorsaison. In der Nähe sind schöne Strände und mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Man sollte unbedingt ein Fahrrad zur Erkundung der Insel haben, es ist traumhaft, sehr gute Fahrradwege, tolle Landschaft.Einziger Nachteil der Wohnung: Wir waren wohl die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr, denn die Wohnung war noch sehr muffig. Nach ein paar Tagen war sie dann gelüftet, aber die Decken und Kissen in den Schränken waren nicht zu gebrauchen, ebenso mussten wir erst das Geschirr spülen, denn die Schränke waren auch sehr muffig. Wir waren froh, dass wir eigene Kissen dabei hatten.Hinweis: Die Wohnung hat kein WiFi! War uns erst klar, als wir dort waren, steht aber so in der Beschreibung. Wir gingen davon aus, dass das Standard wäre....

déception par l'environnement, pas de magasin, plages interdites aux chiens, trop éloignées de la location, coupure de l'électricité "pas de télé ni possibilité de charger les téléphones et les PC. Le plus négatif le lit trop bas et trop étroit et surtout le matelas trop mince, l'assise sur le canapé inconfortable. Nous sommes rentrés 3 jours plutôt, et nous avons rendu la maison aussi propre que nous l'avons trouvée. Par contre maison bien organisée il ne manque rien au niveau électroménager

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans la maison. Location facile d'accès, très bien située sur l'île ; les Portes en Ré étant un superbe petit village.Le centre du village est à peine 5 minutes à pieds avec son marché tous les matins et les plages à une dizaine de minutes. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire afin de passer de belles vacances sans tracasseries. L'espace jardin sans vis a vis est un vrai plus (table de jardin , barbecue, chaises longues...). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison des portes. Elle est bien équipée, et vraiment très bien placée à une rue du cœur du village avec tous les commerces et du lâche, à 10 min à pied de la plage. Idéal avec des enfants en bas âge.

Jardin, désagréable surprise

Lors de notre arrivée devant le portail, je m'attendais à voir un jardin privatif. Or le portail ouvrait sur une allée qui débouchait sur le portail d'une autre maison située derrière la location. C'est là que j'ai compris la phrase présente dans les consignes d'installation : merci de laisser libre le chemin d'accès. Nous devions laisser l'accès libre, pour que l'occupant de la maison de derrière puisse passer en voiture. L'essentiel du jardin est occupé par le chemin d'accès. Pour se garer, il ne reste qu'un tout petit espace devant la maison. Sur le descriptif de la location, c'est simplement indiqué "entrée commune", on comprend mieux sur place ! Mais aucune photo ne montre l'accès à la maison de derrière (étrange !). Si nous avions su, nous n'aurions jamais loué cette maison. La maison en elle-même est propre et fonctionnelle. Rien à dire.
