"Although we made a reservation for a twin-bed room and availability was confirmed, we were still asked to pay an additional fee for this request. This created a very negative impression in terms of customer experience. More importantly, there was no staff available who could communicate in English during the night, which caused significant inconvenience. Overall, based on our experience, we would not recommend choosing this property."

"The apartment and amenities on site are great. The views are incredible and the apartment is well stocked with everything you need. We visited during the summer so it was quite hot - there is no air conditioning but there are ceiling fans. Cassis and the beaches are located down a very steep hill which we had to walk up/down each day as the parking is extremely limited in those areas so something to keep in mind if anyone in your group have any mobility issues. We had a problem with the check in/out process as we could only speak basic french and the property manager could not speak any english - she was late arriving to the check in and extremely rude to us when we were departing the property which somewhat tarnished our experience but aside from that, I would recommend the property as a rental when visiting Cassis."
