The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious and of excellent quality, and the service was outstanding.Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Katarina at the reception who deserves particular recognition. She was absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. "Beautiful hotel!! Breakfast was amazing. Large variety. They even had a gentleman frying eggs! Unfortunately, I only stayed one night. Wish I could have stayed longer. Close to airport as well."

"Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"
