Lovely house very close to beach

Pretty house very well located within walking distance to village beach shops and restaurants. Very well equipped. Very good concierge. Great holiday home from home.

Everything you could ask for . Been coming to La Palmyre for 30 years , some dodgey rentals, but this is superb (our 3rd stay)

Sejour au calme. Des soirées animées. Location super. Un hic il manque un congélateur. Le freezer est ds le garage, pas pratique. Sinon il y a ce qu il faut. Location super bien située.

Schönes helles Haus

Schönes geräumiges helles Haus in guter Lage nahe dem Zentrum, in ruhiger Umgebung. Gute moderne Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ganztägige Sonne auf der Terrasse mit großer Markise. Herrliche Atlantikstrände aber besser mit Auto. Schöner belebter Ort mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Mittwochs und Sonntags schöner großer Markt.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger und zentraler Umgebung

Wir sind mit 2 Kindern (15 und 10) verreist. Der Hund ist aufgrund der langen Fahrt dann doch lieber zuhause geblieben, hätte sich aber im gut eingezäunten, ebenerdigen Haus und an den Stränden sicher wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem gut ausgestattet, für vier Personen war der Schrankplatz für 2 Wochen ausreichend, sonst könnte hier noch etwas mehr Platz ganz gut sein. Das Zimmer mit Bad ist nur von außen separat zu begehen, was unserem Teenager sehr gefallen hat. Die zwei Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung müssten noch renoviert werden, der Rest des Hauses wurde schon gemacht. Ist aber eher am Farbkonzept erkennbar. Küche und Bäder sind prima, groß genug, funktional und gut ausgestattet. Ein großer Gewinn sind die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Die Garage bietet Platz für Strandspielzeug und einen zweiten Kühlschrank, sehr gut! Zu den Stränden sind wir meist doch mit dem Auto, überall finden sich Parkplätze mit Strandzugängen. Nicht zu überlaufen, trotz Hochsaison. Die Stadt mit Markt und allem was man braucht ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Der bewachte Strand auch, aber nur über eine Straße, da der direkte Weg durch ein eingezäuntes Wohngebiet versperrt ist. Toll für Fahrradfahrer, viele Leihmöglichkeiten und Fahrradwege. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend und schöne Terrasse. Manchmal hört man morgens Tiere des nahegelegenen Zoos, ein besonderes Highlight. Kontakt zu Vermieter und Verwalter sehr nett und unkompliziert, obwohl unsere Französichkenntnisse beschränkt sind.:-)

vacances août en famille

bonjour nous avons passé 2 semaines ds cette belle maison. Une partie de la maison (pièce à vivre et cuisine, studio) a été refaite et, est très joliment décorée, donc très agréable et fonctionnelle. L'autre partie est plus tristounette mais reste propre malgré tout. Nous n'avions pas compris avant de venir que la chbre parentale refaite ne communique pas directement avec la maison ; ce qui ne nous arrangeait pas, mais on s'y est fait. Les atouts de cette maison sont la terrasse très agréable avec le jardin, l'équipement globale, les 2 salles de bain, l'emplacement près du centre ville et des pistes cyclables, le fait que notre chien soit accepté, la conciergerie qui permet de venir même le dimanche et qui peut faire le ménage (une suggestion : lits faits à l'arrivée). Nous étions très contents de notre séjour et nous vous remercions pour le cadeau d'arrivée qui nous a fait plaisir! Merci également pour l'accueil de la conciergerie PIC.

Très bon séjour au mois de juin.

Maison bien située dans un quartier très calme ,près du centre ville . Bien équipée et bonne isolation pour la chaleur ou le froid. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et tout s'est bien passé . La conciergerie est compétente et facilement accessible . Le propriétaire également ,nous sommes satisfait de notre Séjour à La Palmyre

Maison agréable tant intérieur qu'extérieur, bien équipée, idéalement située pour de belles balades à vélo en forêt et le long de la côte et proche des commerces. Petit plus : la chambre avec sdb et wc indépendants pour parents souhaitant un peu d'intimité ou grands ados (manque juste un petit coin penderie ou patère pour accrocher ses vêtements). Bon accueil via le service de conciergerie Pic et propriétaires disponibles. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille, des grands parents aux petits enfants

Séjour en famille près de l'océan

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans la villa "Les petits amis". Idéalement située entre forêt et océan. La maison est grande, bien agencée avec 3 chambres dont une double indépendante (avec douche et wc séparés) . Nous étions 7 mais tout est fait pour 8. Le quartier est très calme (surtout en cette saison 🤣), entretenu et proche de toutes commodités à pieds. Un grand merci à Madame et Monsieur BARON pour leur accueil via le service de conciergerie P-I-C. Je reviendrais avec plaisir !
