Nestled between the sea and forest, in a quiet setting, it is 200 m from cycle paths and 500 m from the village center, shops, and market, and just 5 minutes from sandy beaches and the famous La Palmyre zoo. The house sits on a private, wooded, landscaped, and fully enclosed property.



This independent 50 m² single-story house is clean and bright, with a private entrance through a gate. It features a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a bathroom with toilet and window.



Outside, enjoy your private terrace with a table and two garden chairs, sun loungers, and a shaded yard—perfect for dining under the trees.



Highlights include the owners’ high cleanliness standards, peaceful surroundings after a day at the beach, and secure parking inside the enclosed property.



Bed linen is not provided. Guests must bring a fitted sheet, top sheet, and pillowcases or bolster cover. Bed, bath, and household linen rental is available for an additional fee.



The accommodation is for a maximum of two people. It is not equipped for young children or babies. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside, and pets are not allowed due to allergies.



Essential cleaning products are provided for the sink, washbasin, shower, ceramic hob, and floors.
