Description:
Ground floor: living room with modular table for 4 to 6 people, chairs, BZ, television. Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, crockery. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Sleeping area for 2 bunk beds (duvet, pillows).
Upstairs: Master bedroom upstairs with a 140x190 bed (duvet, pillows).
Outside: Enclosed terrace not overlooked, ideal for the safety of children. Garden furniture + chairs, electric barbecue
To bring: bed linen and towels (possible at an additional cost)
Pets not allowed / non-smoking accommodation
Deposit check of 300€ and cleaning fee of 20€ to be paid on arrival.
In the summer, rentals are from Saturday or Sunday and for a minimum of one week
