On the first floor, the main living area with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining table, fireplace and lounge has plenty of character and opens onto a beautiful terrace with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif. This level also has a fourth bedroom (which can also be configured with a double bed or two single beds) with its own bathroom, opening onto a large terrace overlooking the Fiz mountain range. 
A gym and a garage equipped with ski racks, boot dryers and a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the chalet. 
The chalet is very well located in Les Houches, close to the Prarion cable car and Lake Chavants.
