Amazing summer stay, we loved it. Had all the amenities we needed. The kids (and adults!) loved the table football. Maybe some more books/guides on the area and a few board games might have been an added extra for wet days. One room had very low slanted ceiling but was a perfect fun room for the 5 and 7 year old in the group.

Lovely Chalet in convenient location

We had a lovely stay at this chalet, which is in a great location for the bus, supermarket, restaurants and the Touchet nursery slope - all within easy walking distance. The living area is really spacious with plenty of room for two families.

Great family chalet

We had great stay at this spacious chalet! The kitchen/dining and lounge are grand! The bedrooms are a bit small but everything has character and 2 bathrooms was more than enough to accommodate 10 people.

Great Chalet!

Fantastic Chalet which was more than enough room for 7 adults and 2 kids to live together comfortably. The 4 double rooms are great, with the kids room a low ceiling eaves room, but ideal for little ones. The living space is open with plenty of comfortable seating, with the kitchen being well equipped and perfect for family cooking. Elisa our concierge was excellent and communication with her and also the owner were perfect. We arrived an hour early and had to leave an hour later due to issues with our transfer but neither was a problem and Elisa was happy to accommodate us. Location was great - really short walk to shops and centre of Les Houches and a 5 minute bus ride to Prarion cable car All of us loved our stay and are already planning a return visit - 5*

Chalet Nan’nande

Great chalet though the description of five bedrooms is somewhat misleading. One bedroom is entered through another (and there are no curtains or blind) and the bedroom described as for children has minimal headroom. However, the downstairs living space is fantastic. Kitchen is well equipped. Close to bus stop and railway station and a short walk to supermarkets and restaurants.

Comfortable and well-equipped chalet

The spacious living quarters were marvellous for our party of eight - we alternated between using the large sitting area and the smaller one near the fire. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, even for a larger group, including Raclette and Fondue. The location is perfect - a bus stop around the corner that takes one into Chamonix, and the train station is just a short walk away. There are all amenities in Les Houches, including supermarkets, restaurants (we recommend Les Delices), and a skating rink. Despite being close to the road, it was quiet and peaceful in the chalet. The bathrooms and bedrooms are on the smaller size, but since the main attraction is the ground floor, and it's very spacious, that didn't bother us. We enjoyed gathering around the open fire in the centre of the chalet, toasting marshmallows and chatting. The only tiny niggle is the description of the bedrooms - two of the bedrooms are connecting rooms, i.e., one is reached by going through the other, and the bedroom on the stairs is really only suitable for children as it is under the eaves of the roof and has to be almost crawled into (though our 18-yr old son loved it). The owner Philippe was helpful and responsive to any queries, and checking in and out with his friendly local representative was quick and easy.

Très bon moment dans ce chalet authentique et spacieux nous y avons passé un très bon week-end.Très bien équipé et propre.A proximité de la gare à pied, un bon moyen d'accès aux sites et au centre de Chamonix sans soucis de stationnement notamment.

Fantastique, le chalet est fonctionnel, proche des commerces et la maison du tourisme. Une carte d'hote est fournie à chaque occupant et permet des réductions transports et des voyages gratuits en train (8 min à pieds du chalet, 15 min de Chamonix en train). incroyable pour Noël à la neige !

Prachtige locatie en accommodatie. Benedenverdieping ruim en geschikt voor grote groep. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Bovenverdieping iets beperkt in ruimte en wij miste een extra douche.

charmant huis met ruime en gezellige woonkamer/keuken en ook nog een terras

We werden warm ontvangen met een cadeautje van de streek en persoonlijke uitleg. Het huis ligt dichtbij skiliften, winkels en terrasjes. De woonkamer is heerlijk ruim met prettige banken en een prachtige haard. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Er is een ruimte voor skies en dergelijke waar ook de vriezer en wasmachine is. Het is misschien niet helemaal geschikt voor 10 volwassenen. Althans in soort opkamer halverwege de trap met twee matrassen kan je niet rechtop staan. De kinderen van 5 en 8 jaar vonden het fantastisch. Eén slaapkamer is alleen door een andere slaapkamer heen te bereiken (wel met een deur afgesloten), maar eventueel ongemak is met afspraken omtrent privacy te regelen. De slaapkamers liggen onder het schuine dak, dus hier en daar werd er door ons lange Nederlanders wel eens een hoofd gestoten. Er zijn planken en wat haken bij wijze van kast in iedere slaapkamer. Wij hebben het er met tien familieleden (opa,oma, (schoon)kinderen en kleinkinderen) fantastisch gehad. Dank!

Chalet les Houches: typique

Le chalet est à la hauteur de nos souhaits, très belle pièce de vie pour une dizaine de personnes (nous étions 8 au total). Seul bémol car pas très clair dans la description, une chambre sous combles plutôt adaptée aux enfants. Places de parking limitées. La situation du chalet est idéale. Je recommande.

Un chalet au top, à tout point de vue

Le chalet est très spacieux (pas 1 cm2 n'est perdu!), surtout le rez de chaussé et son grand salon/ salle à manger. Parfait pour les familles avec enfants. Etat général niquel, ménage inclus, clairement un des meilleurs rapports qualité prix qu'on ait trouvé.

Chalet dans magnifique région

Agréable logement rustique avec très vaste pièce à vivre. Tout est fonctionnel. Attention cependant la chambre comportant deux lits simples est très basse (1,3m au plus haut ?) Soupente et fait le plaisir des enfants mais ne convient pas à des adultes !

Très bon séjour réalisé dans ce chalet qui possède une très belle pièce de vie. Les chambres au premier sont mansardées et possèdent une bonnes literie. La cuisine est très bien équipée.
