- This beautiful 56 m² apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and is located in a modern residence, ideally situated close to the ski lifts. Enjoy two spacious balconies with panoramic views of the Mont-Blanc massif, as well as your own private garage. During the season, you can also make use of the residence’s wellness area, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a gym and children’s playground. Welcome home!
Located in the “Les Mazots de Kayla” residence, the apartment features:

The residence’s wellness area, including the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, is open from 10 am to 8 pm and is available only from December 15 to April 30 and from June 15 to September 15. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
We are available throughout your stay should you need anything, while always respecting your privacy.
Location
Located halfway between the Prarion and Bellevue ski lifts, just 400 metres away, this apartment is ideally positioned for enjoying the Les Houches ski area.
The centre of Les Houches and its shops (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, etc.) are about a 10-minute walk away. You will also find a few shops at the foot of the Prarion lifts, including a ski rental shop and a bakery.
Chamonix town centre is approximately 15 minutes away by car or public transport.
A private covered parking space is available in the residence’s garage. The “Les Houches – Le Fouilly” bus stop is just 100 metres away.
For exploring the surrounding area by car, allow approximately 30–40 minutes to reach Megève or Saint-Gervais, and around 1 hour 15 minutes to reach Geneva or Annecy.
