Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Les Houches this 2 rooms apartment of 35 m² that can accommodate up to 5 people, for your holiday.
The apartment on the ground floor of a building located 200m from the Prarion ski lifts (beware of the many stairs to climb to get to the building).
It has a North-East exposure with views of the Mont-Blanc and Fiz ranges and has a balcony.

The apartment is composed of :

- A living room with sofa bed, television and dining area.
- An equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, réfrigerator, 4 ceramic hobs.
- A bedroom with double bed and single bed loft (max 30kg).
- A bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail and washbasin.
- An independent toilet.

Additional equipment : ski locker, collectif outside parking and indoor swimming pool access of the residence. Pets allowed.

Tout schuss aux Houches

Les Houches est une charmante petite station située au pied du Mont Blanc. La vue du chalet est magnifique et la résidence très calme. La résidence est équipée d'une piscine qui mériterait quelques degrés de plus pour pouvoir vraiment en profiter et cette année a été particulièrement marquée par le manque de neige. Plusieurs pistes ont du étre coupées mais le domaine skiable reste agréable et très accessible aux débutants.
