"The property was well-located within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing, and the on-site Hôtel restaurant food was delicious. Great service, and the cocktails were good, too! Breakfast was fresh and good variety. We booked massages at the hotel spa, too, which was a wonderful pampering treat! "WiFi was strong, breakfast was good. The bathroom is designed for very large people and I am small - hard to reach soap, towel rack in front of sink made sink hard to reach. Also though I asked for shower without bathtub, my room had a nice high bathtub in the shower that made it dangerous for me to use the shower. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Place is very clean. If I were 6 feet tall and young, I’d give 5 stars"

"Totally refurbished and new...bfast superior...employees absolutely proud and keen to serve and help, beyond their requirements. Barthroom refurbished to high standards. As a note, just like Singapore, space is critical and rooms are a bit tight, but that's general in Singapore, HK or mountain places like Vielha, yet plenty of wardrobe space. Thumbs up to Hotel Viella."
