Ground floor + 1st floor: 2 living room-kitchen lounge area, Wi-Fi connection, 6 bedrooms (2 double beds / 8 single beds), 2 bathrooms (showers), 2 separate toilets, shared washing machine. Billiard room and table football shared with the other gîte. Gym in a small converted chalet (treadmill, elliptical bike). Shared swimming pool (from 01/07 to 31/08. PAID access: Relaxation area (sauna + hammam + spa: terms to be confirmed with the owner - access to the spa all year round except summer school holidays)). Terrace + land. If renting the 2 gîtes together, possibility of a common room with kitchen for family reunions and seminars). Gîte that can be grouped together with gîte 73G98125 for a total capacity of 18 people. Country house carefully renovated in full nature, to 200 m of the cross-country. Nice unspoilt in lovely clearing forest. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Very cosy. Lots of charm and character. Large terrace (120 m²) facing South. Landscaped with swimming pool. Trapper-style chalet located at the foot of the downhill and cross-country ski slopes of the Domaine Savoie Grand Revard (140km of cross-country skiing and 50km of downhill skiing). In the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, a preserved massif located between Lake Annecy, Lake Bourget (two of the most beautiful natural lakes in France) and the Cluse de Chambéry (historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy). Developed lake 13km away. Mid-altitude massif offering walks and hikes for all levels, including the GR96 and the GR Tour de Pays des Bauges. Numerous outdoor activities and leisure activities, both sporting and fun, summer and winter, spread across all the authentic and preserved villages of this so-called "gentle" mountain. Ideally located for exploring Savoie and Haute-Savoie, by bike or hiking. The perfect destination for a sporty, nature & rejuvenating stay!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et disponibles. Le chalet est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est aussi fonctionnel et très bien équipés. Nous avons pu profiter du spa, hammam et sauna, bien agréable en période hivernale ainsi que du billard.Par manque de neigne nous n'avons pas pu skier à La Féclaz mais les propriétaires nous ont conseillé une station à proximité qui nous a largement comblés. Nous avons eu de la douceur mais un temps splendide surtout en altitude. Nous avons pu randonner aux alentours et bénéficier d'un très beau panorama sur le lac du Bourget. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons en famille ou entre amis.
