Lodge la Source is an OVO Network property. It is a modern south-facing detached chalet built in 2011, on land belonging to the owner's family.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

With one of the most beautiful views in Montisbrand, this six-bedroom three-bathroom property for 12 is spread over three floors and has plenty of space for a couple of families or a group of friends to spread out and be comfortable indoors and out all year round. We only ever recieved positive feedback from all who previously stayed at the Lodge.

With a sauna on the lower floor, a nordic bath outside, and a lounge space on the first floor, there are plenty of extra facilities. There is also a gorgeous indoor pool, TV room and gym.

The property is in a quiet village 4km outside of Thones. The nearest ski bus stop is just over a kilometre away, so a car is necessary. However, if you prefer looking at stunning landscapes or being close to town, then this could be the perfect spot for you. The view of the resort of Manigod/ Merdassier all lit up for night skiing is quite spectacular.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Family Vacation and Relaxation

Wonderful accommodation in a breathtaking location! We had a very nice family vacation here. The sauna, pool, and hot tub (at night under the starry sky) made our stay at the chalet especially memorable. The location is perfect for beautiful hikes with views of Mont Blanc. Fantastic stay

Authentic and Comfortable Stay

The location of the house is stunning, and it matches the photos and description in every way. The hot tub under the clear starry sky in the evening was an unforgettable highlight. Cyril was always available and very helpful with any questions or minor issues. Exactly what we had hoped for!

Lodge La Source was exactly what we had hoped for. We stayed as two families of four, there was plenty of room for everyone, it was spotlessly clean and Cyril was a great host and explained everything we needed upon arrival. We’d love to re-visit at some point in the future!

Cycling holiday - Annecy

The home exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living and kitchen are of high quality. The indoor pool is great to have, aspecialy when having "bad" weather. Thones and Annecy are near by and for cyclist the area is one big playground.

There was plenty to keep everyone entertained whatever the weather!

Cannot recommend this place enough, it was so beautiful. The views were absolutely amazing and the house has been designed to fully make the most of them with huge windows and large outdoor seating areas. The house was extremely well equipped with everything you could need and was very clean. The rooms were all very spacious and had good storage space. The facilities were fantastic with an indoor pool, table football table and table tennis which the children loved and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and gym. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained whatever the weather. The small town of Thones is only 5 minutes drive away and it has a good supermarket, bakery and restaurants. It was really one of the best places we have ever stayed and would definitely come back.

Amazing!

Amazing property and facilities, we had an amazing stay. Incredible location with unforgettable views. The sauna, hot tub and pool was amazing to relax in. We had a young baby with us too so all the additional baby facilities were a massive bonus and hugely appreciated. Would love to stay again.

Lovely villa in beautiful area

We had a lovely time at the villa .7 adults 1child and 2 babies . Villa was great in most aspects but probably getting to the point of needing a little bit of improvement but nothing major . We thought it would of been nice if there had been more sun beds as two wasn’t really enough . The swimming pool was great and was good for a cool down . The area is stunning so would recommend .

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mit unvergesslicher Aussicht und Top-Ausstattung!Von der ersten Minute an hat uns dieses Ferienhaus restlos begeistert! Die Lage ist gut und der absolute Höhepunkt ist die atemberaubende Aussicht. Egal, ob beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse oder beim abendlichen Glas Wein – der Blick über die Berge oder das Tal war jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Genuss und hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Man kann sich kaum sattsehen! Genauso beeindruckend war der wunderbare Poolbereich. Er ist nicht nur gepflegt und sauber, sondern bietet auch die perfekte Oase zur Entspannung und Abkühlung. Nach einem Tag voller Sightseeing gab es nichts Schöneres, als in den erfrischenden Pool zu springen oder auf den bequemen Liegen die Sonne zu genießen – ein echter Luxus, der den Aufenthalt enorm aufwertet. Auch die generelle Ausstattung des Hauses ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen. Es ist offensichtlich, dass die Eigentümer viel Wert auf Qualität und Komfort legen. Von der Küche, die wirklich alles enthielt, was man zum Kochen benötigt, bis hin zu den gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und den suberen Bädern – alles war top in Schuss und sehr hochwertig. Man fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause, nur viel besser! Die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft war tadellos und trug ebenfalls zu dem rundum positiven Eindruck bei. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bedanken uns für einen wahrhaft unvergesslichen Urlaub
