A éviter absolument

Accueil antipathique, pas d’infos sur comment revenir dans l’établissement si on en sort (code porte). Chambre plus que vétuste, douche vieille, porte chambre fermant mal, tout semblait abandonné, fenêtre donnant sur un toit avec une machine de fitness dehors... Serviettes de bain très petites, pas de frigo. Lieu désert la nuit et personne dans l’établissement pendant la nuit. Parking gratuit mais désert et peu rassurant. Restaurant affreux, viande pleine de nerfs et chère. Quand nous l’avons signalé, la patronne a juste haussé les épaules et ne nous a même pas offert un café. Aucun service, très cher (38€ pour 2 assiettes avec un vin imbuvable). On sent clairement que la patronne ne souhaite pas de clients... donc passez votre chemin, aucun intérêt. En plus 110 chf pour 1 nuit... abusif.

chambres a ameliorée

Tres embêtant de critiquer vu le super accueil et la gentillesse de ses hôtesse, pour la restauration, super. Pour la chambre par contre beaucoup moins bien, oreiller vraiment pas top, insonorisation nulle, j'ai passé la nuit à supporter mon pauvre voisin qui a toussé toute la nuit. Pour ce qui est des toilettes, je me demande quel artiste a pu poser un WC tel qu'il ne reste que 30 cm devant l’abattant et 10 cm sur un des coté, résultat si vous êtes gaucher, mince et petit c'est pour vous. Désolé

Si arrivée avant 18h, impossible d'accéder à sa chambre et de joindre qui que ce soit par téléphone. Chambre pas du tout insonorisée. Les murs sont de vieilles cloisons et tuyauterie hyper bruyante. Qu'il était agréable d'entendre ronfler les 2 locataires des 2 chambres à côté de la mienne. Petit déjeuner: il faut selectionner la veille ce ce que vous voulez manger pour le pti dej. J'avais jamais vu ça. Bref très moyen. Mais sinon hôtel propre.

Comfortable room with smallish ensuite but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ate at the hotel for our 2 night stay and loved the food both breakfast and dinner. Would use again if in the area.

Bâtiment ancien mais chambres propres. Accueil sympa et efficace. Cloisons peu insonorisees ce qui peut être problématique si votre voisin est bruyant...... ce qui n'était pas mon cas. L'avenue est tranquille à partir du soir.

En effet un accueil chaleureux vous sera réservé dans cet hôtel où tout est fait pour vous mettre à l'aise: Un dîner digne d'un grand restaurant, des vins raffinés, un personnel attentif et sympathique et le calme des chambres en plein vignobles de Lalande de Pomerol feront d'une simple étape sur le chemin du retour un vrai petit moment de bonheur.
