  • Apartment of 28 sqm, sleeps 6, functional, well equipped (hair dryer, refrigerator, combined oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue ...) underfloor heating calm and very sunny. It is located in the heart of the resort. Balcony of 4 sqm facing south.
    At 50 meters from the sports complex (indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis court, squash, badminton, table tennis, volleyball), the tourist office, Place Caron (ski school departure ), close to shops, sales packages.
    A closed alcove with 2 bunk beds and the main room, 2 click clack sofas very easy to convert.
    ski-out access from the rear of the residence (on skis).

    Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Declining RATE IS HIRING AT THE WEEK. A deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required upon booking. . The balance 15 days before your arrival in Val Thorens by check or bank transfer + deposit € 300 by check or bank transfer. Deposit returned after complete checking the apartment by a professional on site.
