"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious...

"The stay was great at the Mercure Belfort. Just a one night stopover but it was very good. Staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Ate in the bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, this was all deck out for Halloween and was quite buzzing busy. Never the less we got a table and the food was good. We also charged the car overnight and the charger was good, perfect for overnight charge. Would definitely stay again."

"We were very impressed with the Hotel Sans Val'Eau, a nice spacious chalet next to the pond, an ideal place to relax with our dog after a long days travelling. The chalet was very spacious with a very big bathroom, there was a spa bath on the balcony, a nice touch but I think this is extra and we did not use it. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. We noticed staff members cleaning frequently. Parking was convenient and secure with a lift directly to the room floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with adequate storage space. There was a mini-frig in the room but it did not work but it was not a big problem for us.
