This apartment is located in the Le Portail building, in the Planchamp area. It offers a surface area of 72m2. This 5 room duplex apartment can accommodate 8 people.
It is ski-in, ski-out and located 5 minutes from the ESF ski school, the childcare centre (3-5 years old) and the shops.
It has an open kitchen.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows: a master bedroom (160 cm bed) en suite on the ground floor, upstairs a first bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) with a pop up trundle bed, a 160 cm double bed in the second bedroom and a 140 cm double bed in the third bedroom.
The beds are equipped with duvets.
The flat has 3 bathrooms: downstairs, a shower room and a bathroom in the master bedroom and upstairs, a bathroom. There are 3 separate toilets, two on the first level and one upstairs.
The balcony faces west and the Altispace slope.

The tourist tax is not included in the rental price.
Linen and cleaning at the end of your stay are not included in the price. They can be ordered at an additional cost.

Séjour agréable

Appartement tres sympa et fonctionnel pour des familles. Le seul défaut c'est la localisation, beaucoup d'escalier pour aller au centre ville.
