Charming VILLA with large heated swimming pool in 4000m2 of greenery

  • Pleasant and comfortable individual Provencal house located on 4000 m² of enclosed land 6 km from Les Vans. The house, its independent studio and its room in the trees are surrounded by a private landscaped park, nestled among the trees and mimosas, olive trees, and other plants of the southern Ardèche.
    Important note: Deposit of 250 euros to be returned on site directly upon arrival.

    Beautiful private heated swimming pool (10 × 5 m, depth 1.50 m) with terrace, pergola and deckchairs.
    House and pool will allow you to enjoy total privacy out of sight. A fantastic place to enjoy this region of southern Ardèche, its spectacular landscapes and its authentic places to realize your dreams and desires of tranquility or adventure.

    Entire home for 6 travelers - 3 bedrooms, one in an independent studio of 20 m2

    Detached house with beautiful comfortable furniture. The covered terrace (patio of 20 m²) has a garden furniture and a built-in barbecue. An ideal place for a quiet evening with family or friends in front of the lighted swimming pool.
    At the other end of the pool, a beautiful furnished and flowered pergola with outdoor shower and water point.
    The interior of the house is very well equipped and decorated with care. Large dining room, living room with flat screen TV, fireplace and wi-fi equipment. Beautiful kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge / freezer.

    In one bedroom, a double bed (180 cm × 200 cm). In the other, a double bed (160cm × 200 cm)

    Nice bathroom. Separate WC and utility room with washing machine.
    In the independent studio: kitchenette, double bed 140cm / 200, shower and wc
    Reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum period of 7 days.

L’arrivée se mérite : routes étroites, virages serrés… mais on est en Ardèche hein, ça fait partie du charme (et ça réveille les copilotes endormis).Marie - et les cigales - nous a accueillis à l’arrivée avec le sourire et est restée disponible et réactive tout au long du sejour! service client 5Le jardin, c’est le paradis des vacanciers : grande piscine pour faire trempette ,coins ombragés pour les siestes pro level, et… terrain de pétanque ou jeu de Mölkky pour régler les comptes en famille autrement qu’au Uno. Ambiance Club Med, sans les animateurs.La maison coche toutes les cases du confort : deux chambres climatisées (adieu les nuits moites), un lit 180x200 (idéal pour les nuits en diagonale) et framboise sur le mojito: un studio pour les ados en quête de liberté, et une cabane pour ceux qui veulent s’imaginer en Koh-Lanta mais avec wifi.En résumé : un spot parfait pour bronzer, dormir, lancer des bouts de bois numérotés, et préserver la paix familiale. Marie-Christine nous a chaleureusement accueillis. Tout s'est super bien passé. Elle nous a répondu immédiatement lorsque nous avions des questions. La maison est super spéciale, sinueuse, nous avons aussi utilisé la cabane dans les arbres et le studio séparé. Ici, une moustiquaire supplémentaire sur les fenêtres (porte coulissante) serait optimale, afin que l'on puisse garder encore plus ouvert. Le grand jardin est sensationnel avec la belle et grande piscine. très belle maison, une hôtesse absolument charmante, tout correspondait parfaitement à la description, calme parfait, tranquillité parfaite, nous avons tous apprécié cette semaine des plus grands jusqu'au plus petit de plus nous avions un grand chien mais comme tout le terrain est clôturé pour lui aussi c'était parfait . Juste un peu de lumière pour jouer aux boules le soir . Merci encore pour ce beau séjour.

Superbe semaine

Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour passer de bonnes vacances. La propriété est bien située avec commerces à moins de 5 min, le cadre est idyllique et la villa très fonctionnelle. Nous avons vécus la quasi totalité de la semaine sur la terrasse au bord de la piscine... La cabane perchée est un pluss très agréable au moment de la sieste... Un petit mot sur la propriétaire de ce lieu : Elle a été très sympathique avec nous et de très bon conseil... Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir surtout que la région est magnifique.

Nous revenons tout juste d'une semaine de vacances dans ce mas aux Assions et ne pouvons que recommander ce séjour. Le jardin est très spacieux et aménagé avec goût, et la grande piscine (10 x 5) est fort appréciable. Les photos sont très fidèles à la réalité. Endroit de rêve, maison végétalisée très agréable. Malgré la période de canicule, la maison reste fraîche et que dire de la piscine XXL. Notre fille de dix ans ne l'a quasiment pas quittée !! Accueil très agréable. Nous avons également apprécié le livre/guide qui reprend les informations touristiques (publicités pour le canyoning, kayaks, produits en circuit court, restaurants). Das romantische Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück, etwas versteckt. Anfahrt auf jeden Fall über Le Bosc und nicht über Les Assions (holpriger, schmaler Feldweg)! Sehr gut ausgestattet ( Küche, Bad, bequeme Betten) . Von der gemütlichen Terasse stolpert man förmlich in den herrlichen Pool. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Marie - Cristine war sehr sehr nett und bemüht, daß wir uns wohlfühlen. Autan nicht vergessen!

Toller Urlaub am Chassezac

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und hat einen offenen Kamin und einen wunderschönen Garten mit Pool. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig am Dorfrand, in den Bergen, mit sehr schöne Aussicht. Direkt am Haus geht der Wanderweg vorbei. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise unkompliziert und immer sehr herzlich (auf englisch). Alle wichtigen Utensilien waren im Haus vorhanden. Die Bettdecken hatten zwar das französische Großformat, konnten aber so gefaltet werden, so dass unsere normale, in Deutschland übliche Bettwäsche genutzt werden konnte. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub abseits vom Massentourismus.

QUEL TRANQUILLITE!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances inoubliables dans cette maison pleine de charme, située dans un petit hameau très calme et en impasse. Le terrain est tellement grand que c'est un endroit idéal pour nous avec nos deux chiens qui ont été bien acceptés par Marie-Christine, ce dont nous la remercions. Aucun vis à vis, donc nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine, à 29 -30 °! La terrasse couverte est très utile car nous avons eu 3 semaines à 30 ° à l'ombre, ce qui était parfait pour des bretons en vacances! La maison est bien fraîche, donc pas de problème pour dormir la nuit, d'autant plus que le lit est bien confortable. La maison est bien équipée, à part l'aspirateur qui manque un peu de puissance, et comme on voulait laisser la maison très propre, on a un peu galéré !!! Nous reviendrons certainement un été prochain, peut-être dans 2 ans car nous aimons bien changer notre destination vacances chaque année. Nous recommandons donc fortement cette location. Et les prunes du jardin sont excellentes!! Armelle et Patrick Helliot et Horus
